# Snapshots deprecation

Tinybird's snapshots feature is being deprecated July 1, 2024. Use the [Playground](/classic/work-with-data/query#use-the-playground) feature instead to share Pipe results with any member of your Workspace.

This deprecation means:

- The `tinybird.snapshot_views` [Service Data Source](/forward/monitoring/service-datasources) won't be accessible any more.
- Any published snapshots will stop working, and you won't be able to access them.
- Any mention of snapshots in the documentation will be removed.
