# Free plan

The Free plan provides a production-grade instance of Tinybird with no time limit: ingest connectors, real-time querying, and managed endpoints are all available. It runs on **shared infrastructure**.

## Support

Support is available through the [Community Slack](/community), monitored by the Tinybird team on a best-effort basis.

## Upgrade

To upgrade to a Developer plan:

1. Go to **Organization settings** → **Billing**.
2. Select **Upgrade**.
3. Select your vCPU size and fill out the details.
4. Confirm the upgrade.
