The role

We are looking for a results-oriented, experienced B2B focused Demand Generation Lead to build the foundations of our DG function. You will grow our revenue generation to support our business growth globally and own all demand generation for the marketing pipeline, from performance marketing, lead generation campaigns, website conversion optimization, account-based marketing, as well as marketing operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Own our Demand Generation strategy - ​​developing and executing a global demand generation strategy and associated initiatives to support our aggressive revenue goals, increase the number of qualified opportunities, improve ACV and accelerate pipeline velocity;
  • Lead inbound and outbound acquisition strategies and programs across customer segments and territories, including multi-channel acquisition programs, and paid and organic programs such as search, display, email, social, direct mail, events, ABM, customer marketing and content syndication;
  • Develop a deep understanding of the markets we operate in and industries we serve, identifying where and how content can provide the greatest value;
  • Build a team responsible for a best-in-class portfolio of skills and experience to optimise our end-to-end customer buying journey;
  • Collaborate and partner with sales to align on strategy, initiatives, pipeline forecasting, investments, and measurement of our commercial efforts;
  • Manage budget and ROI of Marketing programs, and recommend calibrations to marketing investment to achieve business goals.
  • Optimise the end-to-end customer & user buying experience and processes including lead capture, nurture programs, scoring and account-based list targeting and measurement.

What you bring to the team

  • Established success in running global B2B-focused demand generations programs to deliver pipeline growth, both inbound and ABM motions, selling to enterprise decision makers;
  • Deep experience across B2B inbound and digital marketing methods to create multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in multi-persona sales motions across business and technical leaders;
  • Knowledge of, and ability to leverage a range of technology tools to automate, enhance, measure and scale demand gen operations;
  • An understanding of API platform technology, and has the ability to juggle multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment, with a bias towards action and getting things done;
  • Data-driven leader who loves developing insights from analysis to inform strategies and program development;
  • Has a growth mindset, is autonomous, is willing to take the responsibility, and is passionate about building something great.

The application phase consists of three separate interviews via video call. 

  1. A get to know each-other call (30min)
  2. A skills based interview (1hr)
  3. A final interview with one or two of the founders (1-1.5hr).
