Head of Rev Ops

‍Your opportunity 

We are beginning to scale up the go-to-market functions at Tinybird and are looking to hire our first Head of RevOps. This role will be responsible for ensuring we have the proper systems, processes, and programs in place to maximize productivity and revenue growth. The Head of RevOps will have a fair degree of autonomy to identify and pursue a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives that will assist our commercial teams. Your responsibilities

• Own the continuous optimization of internal systems and data that link together our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams and ensure cross-functional alignment across the customer lifecycle
• Develop KPIs and related dashboards to track leading indicators related to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth goals
• Build sales enablement programs for new hire onboarding and skill development that will ensure leading indicators of future success are achieved by new hires
• Implement an account-based framework for prioritizing and aligning resources to effectively support market segments, territories, leads and opportunities
• Partner with the CRO to own the weekly revenue forecasting process, pipeline analysis, productivity metrics and monitoring related to maximizing ARR growth and Net Revenue Retention 
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure relevant product analytics data is effectively used to guide marketing, sales, and customer success activities  
• Assist the CFO and CRO through the process of building and implementing variable compensation plans for all quota-carrying team members 
• Provide analytical support to improve go-to-market strategies, processes, and hiring plans that align with revenue growth objectives
• Maintain an internal knowledge base where all customer-related business processes and performance measurement practices are documented

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years of Revenue operations/GTM/strategy/planning or related experience
• Background experience within FP&A / Finance / Sales Ops departments
• Demonstrated understanding of working with big data sets in SQL
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration, establishing relationships and driving successful outcomes in a B2B SaaS company
• Strong communications & influence skills, experience speaking publicly & working with partners at all levels, producing exec level content and leading exec-level conversations
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you are expected to make decisions and drive the business forward
• Validated experience translating strategy into operational plans and leading through execution
• Strong program/project management skills; capable of taking a concept, building a plan and running daily tasks to deliver successful outcomes
• Curious and flexible, you enjoy variety and are willing to tackle different roles/responsibilities as business needs evolve
