RevOps Lead

Your opportunity 

We are beginning to scale up the go-to-market functions at Tinybird and are looking to hire our first RevOps team member. This role will be responsible for ensuring we have the proper systems, processes, and programs in place to maximize sales team productivity and revenue growth. This person will have a fair degree of autonomy to identify and pursue a variety of strategic and tactical initiatives that will assist our commercial teams. Your responsibilities

  • Own the creation / optimization of internal systems and processes that link together our Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams and ensure cross-functional alignment across the customer lifecycle
  • Track leading indicators related to customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth goals by implementing Dashboards, Alerts, and Reports
  • Implement an account-based segmentation model for prioritizing and aligning resources to effectively support customer types, sales territories, leads and opportunities
  • Partner with the CRO on the sales forecast, pipeline analysis, productivity metrics and monitoring related to maximizing ARR growth and Net Revenue Retention 
  • Collaborate with Product Management to ensure relevant product data is effectively used to guide Sales and Marketing activities  
  • Assist the CFO and CRO through the process of building and implementing variable compensation plans for all quota-carrying team members 
  • Provide analytical support to improve go-to-market strategies, processes, and hiring plans that align with revenue growth objectives
  • Maintain an internal knowledge base where all customer-related business processes and performance measurement practices are documented

What you bring to the team

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience working for early-stage SaaS companies in a SalesOps/RevOps role
  • Admin-level expertise with Salesforce.com and HubSpot
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (we use our product internally and you will need to have basic proficiency with SQL to use it) 
  • Strong communications skills and experience producing exec-level content for evaluating business performance and strategy
  • Track record of taking a concept, building a plan around it and executing the steps to deliver business outcomes
  • Curiosity and flexibility to tackle a broad set of responsibilities as business needs evolve

  • Unlimited PTO We will not count the days you take off, but we insist you take at least 22 days off per year. Plus, your birthday off and public holidays, but who’s counting.
