What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone to help us build, manage, and optimize the processes and systems used by our marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

You will ensure that our various marketing initiatives are accounted for properly, as well as working with the entire go-to-market team to account for customer acquisition, lead qualification, nurture, churn mitigation, and satisfaction. You will build and maintain the sales dashboards, ensuring consistency with marketing and customer success metrics, and providing real-time visibility about the whole sales funnel.

You will also work with the Finance team to ensure contract information is up to date.

At Tinybird, we move very fast, but always as a flock. We don’t belabor the obvious and have a strong bias for action. So candidates must be phenomenal team players and fully capable of completing complex tasks in a self-directed manner. This is both a highly strategic role and a very tactical one. Candidates must be comfortable devising the big picture and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
