What are we looking for?

Tinybird is growing fast, so we are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who provides a first-class recruiting experience to hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues. Delivering the end-to-end recruitment process, focused on providing high levels of service and quality to internal clients is part of your day-to-day job. You partner with hiring managers to understand their requisitions, agree on process, and manage expectations and ensure candidates receive an excellent experience, engaging them with Tinybird.

What will you be doing?

  • Hire the best. We want your help to design standardized hiring processes across different departments in the company. We can only be the best if we’re hiring the best.
  • Coordinate the recruiting lifecycle including job postings, sourcing candidates, resume review, interview arrangements and employment offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skill sets to business needs.
  • Develop the sourcing strategy, using your market knowledge and data analysis to inform these decisions
  • Write high-impact, creative job adverts in line with Tinybird's philosophy and way of work, utilizing the company’s employee value propositions and any key functional messages which increases talent attraction
  • Maintain candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
  • Continuously contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Work closely with the business to develop campaigns which support recruitment drives or initiatives such as attendance at (virtual) careers fairs, industry events etc
  • End to end candidate management – active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview, offer
  • Increase proactive talent pooling, recruitment marketing, and employer branding
  • Work proactively with hiring managers to understand the medium and long term needs of the business outside day to day reactive requisition management. 
  • Manage external recruitment agencies where needed and the continuous assessment of agency performance
  • Prepare and conduct onboarding processes for all new joiners.

What do you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Business, or similar field.
  • 2-5 years of previous recruiting experience (technical roles) is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Experienced in interviewing and assessment methods or tools
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and well versed in a diverse range of sourcing methods
  • Good knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • You have project management or other leadership experience. You prefer doing over talking. You believe speed wins.
  • Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, working well independently and remotely
  • Written and verbal Fluent English language. Bringing Spanish will be a plus.

Compensation

  • Competitive package, up to 90k depending on experience, plus Stock Options
  • 22 days of holiday a year (plus your birthday and public holidays), but… who's counting?
  • Freedom to work from wherever suits you best. This time, we are looking for people preferably based in Spain.
