Your opportunity

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow and hire outstanding talent into Tinybird. Working in the People team, you’ll be the one executing all TA/recruitment activities. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end process of our vacancies, selecting talent who fit seamlessly with our Tinybird culture and you will enjoy working on recruiting/people projects to help scale the function.

This is a great opportunity to contribute and professionalize the full talent acquisition cycle. In this role, you will be seen as a real Business Partner for all recruitment related activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the entire recruiting process at Tinybird from sourcing and interviewing to candidate onboarding
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand and efficiently deliver on their hiring needs
  • Following up with and provide recommendations to the hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, keeping everyone updated and aligned
  • Building talent pools for various roles. Conduct interviews and lead calibration meetings
  • Loves to participate in ad hoc recruiting/people projects to help scale the function
  • Helping to create a diverse workforce

What you bring to the team

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Recruiting experience in technology company preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Team player with excellent communication skills who loves to bring new ideas on the table
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and any other European language is a plus

  • Flexible office hours. At Tinybird we do not have fixed office hours. You manage your own time.
  • Equipment of your choice. You get to choose. The maximum budget for it is €2400. 
  • Paid travel. Whenever this is needed and agreed between the two parties.
