What are we looking for?

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us grow and hire outstanding talent into Tinybird. Working in the People team, you’ll be the one executing all TA/recruitment activities. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end process of our vacancies, selecting talent who fit seamlessly with our Tinybird culture and you will enjoy working on recruiting/people projects to help scale the function.

This is a great opportunity to contribute and professionalize the full talent acquisition cycle. In this role, you will be seen as a real Business Partner for all recruitment related activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the entire recruiting process at Tinybird from sourcing and interviewing to candidate onboarding
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand and efficiently deliver on their hiring needs
  • Following up with and provide recommendations to the hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, keeping everyone updated and aligned
  • Building talent pools for various roles. Conduct interviews and lead calibration meetings
  • Loves to participate in ad hoc recruiting/people projects to help scale the function
  • Helping to create a diverse workforce

What do you bring to the team?

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferably in a fast-growing environment
  • Recruiting experience in technology company preferred
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
  • Able to manage multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
  • Team player with excellent communication skills who loves to bring new ideas on the table
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and any other European language is a plus

The Process

  • First contact: You will meet with a Tinybird member to have a chat about you, your background and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have
  • First interview: In this first interview you’ll be invited to talk about your background and we will ask questions about you and specifically about the role you applied for
  • Business case: When the first interview is successful, we would like you to make a business case and present this to two of the Tinybird founders
  • Final interview: The final stage of the process. We would like you to meet the team
