Free plan¶
The Free plan provides a production-grade instance of Tinybird with no time limit: ingest connectors, real-time querying, and managed endpoints are all available. It runs on shared infrastructure.

Support¶
Support is available through the Community Slack, monitored by the Tinybird team on a best-effort basis.
Upgrade¶
To upgrade to a Developer plan:
- Go to Organization settings → Billing.
- Select Upgrade.
- Select your vCPU size and fill out the details.
- Confirm the upgrade.
To upgrade to a SaaS or Enterprise plan, contact sales.
