At Tinybird, we help developers and data teams take flight by unlocking the power of real-time data to quickly build data pipelines and innovative data products. With Tinybird, you can effortlessly ingest multiple data sources at scale, query and shape it using the 100% pure SQL you already know and love, and publish results as low-latency, high-concurrency APIs for your applications to chirp about. Developers can create fast APIs, faster—what used to take hours and days now only takes minutes! Tinybird is the essential tool that data engineers and software developers have been waiting for enabling you to drive innovation with ease.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a technical support person to expand our support team. Your day-to-day will involve answering product questions, solving small use cases, routing requests to the right people when needed, and tracking everything along the way.

This is a technical role, though you don’t need to be an experienced software engineer. We value hands-on experience with software development — especially if you’ve worked with AI tools or frameworks. Whether it’s debugging issues faster, generating small scripts, automating workflows, or exploring data, AI is part of our everyday toolkit. You should be comfortable writing SQL, scripting in Python (or another language), and using tools like Git. But more importantly, you should enjoy digging into problems, helping developers, and communicating clearly and empathetically.

We’re looking for someone proactive — someone who asks questions, proposes solutions, and isn’t afraid to talk to customers (in fact, thrives on it). You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams, follow our rituals and communication practices, and treat customer problems as if they were your own. Support is a first-class citizen at Tinybird, and we take real pride in how we care for and empower our users.
If you love technology and people in equal measure, you’ll fit right in :)

As an early-stage startup, not everything is set in stone — and that’s part of what makes it exciting. You'll help shape internal processes from scratch or iterate on what’s already there, always aiming to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

AI is central to how we evolve. From debugging and spotting missing documentation to automating reports and accelerating repetitive tasks, we use AI to support customers more effectively. But we’re not just users — we’re actively experimenting and finding new ways to apply AI to real-world support. You’ll play a key role in that exploration, helping us make support smarter, faster, and more scalable.

We’ll take care of your onboarding and make sure you feel supported until you’re ready to fly solo. You’ll be surrounded by a team of great developers (and even better people!) who are eager to help. Along the way, you’ll learn a lot about data pipelines, real-time processing, and how to work with petabytes of data — fast.

  • How we work:

  • We’re a remote company, committed to a remote-first culture—but we’ve found that being together in person, especially in our Madrid office, often helps us move faster, stay aligned, and solve problems more effectively. So except for specific roles, expect us to ask you to spend 2-3 days per week at the office.
  • As we’re in the early stages, your contributions will have a significant impact on everything we do.
  • We believe in transparency, so you’ll always be in the loop about what’s happening.
  • Check out our blog or follow us on LinkedIn to find out more about what’s important to us.
  • What expect from you:

  • You're based in Madrid (Spain), surrounding areas or willing to relocate—we offer a relocation package to support your move.
  • You come into the Madrid office 2–3 days per week. We believe in learning through osmosis, spontaneous conversations, and pairing—especially during onboarding.
  • You’re excited to grow. You don’t need to know everything, but you’re eager to learn and ask questions when you don’t understand something.
  • You have a high level of English, both spoken and written. Much of our work happens asynchronously and in writing.
  • You're curious and proactive. When something is unclear, you dig in, ask the right questions, and keep moving forward.
  • You’re not afraid to get things wrong the first time, and you’re always looking to improve—yourself, the product, and the codebase.
  • Compensation:

    From 34k € to 52k €
