Welcoming new senior leaders to Tinybird

Tinybird announces four new senior leaders to help deliver even more value to customers at a key stage of growth.
Jorge Sancha
Co-founder & CEO

I’m excited to welcome four new senior leaders to Tinybird, to help deliver even more value to our customers at a key stage of our growth. As we move our headquarters from Madrid to the United States, we welcome Yotam Yemini as our CRO and GM for the US, Marc Rosabrunetto as our CFO, Felix Lopez as VP of Engineering, and Stephane Cornille as VP of Marketing.

It is an exciting time for data technology. Data grows exponentially and all businesses are effectively data businesses - no matter their industry. And the ability to act on that data in real time is becoming the cost of entry to compete in many of those industries. Leaders like Yotam, Felix, Marc and Stephane will help us continue our mission to help developers and data teams build realtime data products over analytical data, at any scale. And to help businesses realize the full potential of their data.

As CRO and US GM, Yotam will focus on accelerating our revenue growth and leading our business operations in the US. Yotam joins us with a track record of successfully scaling high-growth SaaS companies, including two Unicorns. Under Yotam’s leadership, Tinybird will be accelerating its growth across all go-to-market functions in the U.S. I’ve enjoyed my time with him tremendously during his first few weeks, during which he has already managed to make a difference in pipeline, processes and team mechanics. Welcome, Yotam!

As CFO, Marc will lead Tinybird’s finance, tax and accounting functions, as well as oversee the company’s funding capital requirements. Joining from Conversocial and SBG Sports Software, Marc has deep expertise in building scalable finance functions to support ambitious and fast international growth. I learn something new in every conversation with him and it’s great to have you aboard. Welcome, Marc!

As VP of Engineering, Felix will be responsible for delivery and for standardizing and improving engineering processes, always with a focus on the people side of the engineering organization. Felix joins Tinybird from Eventbrite, where he was the Engineering Site lead for Spain and oversaw the Commerce vertical. He is an Engineering leader with more than 20 years of experience in several industries like Video Games, Distributed Systems, Fintech, and Operating Systems. When we were about to start looking for a VP of Engineering, amongst the founders we would say “We need someone like Felix”. We couldn’t be happier that you decided to join the flock. Welcome, Felix!

As VP of Marketing, Stephane will be responsible for building an enduring and meaningfully differentiated brand. Stephane’s experience lies in building product marketing functions at high growth SaaS businesses like Onfido and GitLab. As he builds out the marketing function, they’ll focus on driving awareness, product adoption, and working to drive our expansion in the US market. He and I had an instant connection when we first spoke and he is the kind of executive athlete that can tackle pretty much whatever you throw at him. Welcome, Stephane!

In the 9 months since we announced our $3 million seed round, we’ve more than tripled in size. But this is just the beginning! We’re searching for more roles across our offices in New York, London and Madrid. For more information, check our careers page!
